This stylish accommodation suite evokes relaxation and holiday adventures with fantastic amenities and your own private spa bath to enjoy. The property features 1 bedroom with 1 x Queen bed and an additional hotel-style studio with 2 x Double beds, inclusive of the personal linen. There are 2 bathrooms, with the main apartment featuring a walk-in shower, toilet and spa bath, while the studio bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower rose, toilet and vanity.
The main apartment features a living area with a Smart HD TV and a pull-out sofa bed (linen not supplied for the sofa bed and available at an additional cost), ducted air conditioning throughout, and a kitchenette including a microwave, small fridge with freezer, two-plate stovetop and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine tub and dryer in the laundry for your convenience.
The studio features a combined bedroom and living area with a Smart HD TV, dining area, workspace, ducted air conditioning, and a private bathroom. While there is no kitchenette in the studio, a kettle, sandwich toaster, crockery, cups, glasses, wine glasses and basic utensils are provided for your convenience.
Both areas open onto private balconies with table and chairs providing outstanding, unrestricted views of the lake, Greg Norman Designed International Golf Course, mountains and the resort grounds.
The Pelican Waters Resort offers two pools (heated infinity pool and lap pool), a well-equipped gym, two full-size floodlit flex-pave tennis courts for those guests who are keen on exercise or just want to enjoy the gardens and water features. All Resort facilities are for your use and enjoyment during your stay, however the Fitness Centre has a weekly access fee. You will also have access to the secure basement car park, free Wi-Fi and Netflix during your stay.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
