Description

Please note from the 8th of July 2024 until the 13th of September 2024 the Body Corporate will be making repairs to the balcony and soffits on the ocean side of the complex. During this time there will be scafolding up around the building and it has been predicted to be quite loud, dusty and instrusive. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Encompassing views of the Shipping Lane, Bribie Island, the Pumicestone Passage and of course the surf beach below - the position of this property and its views are next to none! Edgecliffe also offers guests direct access to the beach via a small set of stairs which lead down to the sand.

Edgecliffe is located only a short walk to Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach/Happy Valley, as well as the CBD and a great choice of cafes and restaurants.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w. (price includes trundle bed), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).

Booking Terms
Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Wi-Fi is NOT included unless stated in the property details.

Parking
Secure undercover carpark with one designated space. Please note that there is a very steep driveway to access the undercover parking. It is unsuitable for higher vehicles such as 4WD's and vans, or long wheel base vehicles sorry. There is free parking available close by on the street but this is normally a busy carpark during peak periods. The maximum headroom into the garage entry is 1.8 metres.
