Located only a short 5-minute stroll to the patrolled sands of Kings Beach, you’ll have easy access to some of the Sunshine Coast’s best cafes, restaurants and beachfront walking paths, while still enjoying the peace and privacy of a secluded residential setting.
Designed for relaxed coastal living, the home features a large fully fenced backyard where children and small outdoor dogs can safely play, along with a spacious undercover patio ideal for outdoor dining, afternoon drinks or simply unwinding after a day in the sun. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.
Blue Beach House comfortably accommodates families and small groups across three bedrooms and offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
Small outdoor dogs are welcome, with access permitted on the undercover deck and outdoor areas only.
Please note this property does not have air conditioning, however ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Please note that whilst this is a holiday house it is in a residential area and respect for neighbours must be observed. Parties will not be tolerated Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.

Carport under the house (skinny space) can fit extra vehicle in driveway
Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
