I wanted to thank you for helping make our stay at Kings Beach last week the wonderful success it was. The weather was gorgeous, made to order and perfect for playing with the little ones on the beach… …..Thanks again for making it all so easy, resulting in our holiday being one of the best ever.

Fourteen years ago we made the decision to stop ‘living to work’ and to begin ‘working to live’. As a result, we visit Caloundra five times a year for short holiday breaks. During those fourteen years, we have always booked with Caloundra Holiday Centre. The ladies at Caloundra Holiday Centre are not only highly knowledgeable, but go out of their way to meet our needs. The balance between being professional and building up a personal rapport through genuine interest in their clients is one Caloundra Holiday Centre achieves with ease. Any issues – and these are rare – are dealt with swiftly and with a smile. We would highly recommend Caloundra Holiday Centre and their friendly staff to any person wishing to book a holiday on the Sunshine Coast.

Last holidays, we enjoyed our stay here immensly! (Unit 6 Oceanic Apartments). There was plenty of cookware and utensils in the kitchen, great views, lovely breezes, this was definately a great unit to enjoy a million dollar view without the pricetag! The unit was clean and tidy (lovely bathroom btw!) and was a great place to stay – no noisy neighbours either! Thankyou very much for a great holiday with our family, we will DEFINATELY be using Caloundra Holiday Centre for our next (very soon!) visit! Also, I was a bit worried about getting the keys initially, but the staff at the Night Owl were very friendly and there were no hassles at all. Caloundra is a beautiful place, I just wish we lived there…! Many thanks again for making our holiday so enjoyable and hassle free!

Glorious week! I recently spent a glorious week at Unit 1 Jamarkos, Kings Beach. … I believe I have finally found the perfect accommodation for my daughter and I to holiday…. Its been a tough journey of many holidays ending in tears…. But the recent week we spent together at Jamarkos was relaxing and finally felt like a holiday!! I just wanted to take the opportunity to say Thank you for the great service you offer to families looking for fantastic holiday accommodation… at very reasonable prices! I have passed on your details to all of my family members!

Professional, Accommodating and Client Focused

I have been working with the holiday centre since 2013. I just want to congratulate the culture in the business. Your staff are very professional, appropriately accommodating and are client focussed. It feels like an ‘old fashioned’ business in the best of all ways. I feel like the genuine requests I have sought assistance with have been handled beautifully and sincerely. Just in case your team don’t get the day-to-day thanks they deserve, I’d like to pass on my genuine thanks. I’ve been working with Roxy recently and she has been wonderful. My two brothers and I would usually holiday at Cabarita at Christmas but Covid hit, so we came to Caloundra on my recommendation. Because of your great team, it is now our Christmas break location.

We would like to say what a wonderful holiday we had at our unit at Kings Beach this year. We cannot thank you enough for all your professional help and prompt response to insure our stay in Caloundra was a successful and pleasant experience. We appreciated the excellent customer service!! We are planning to book again soon and have recommended to our Canadian friends to book their holidays with Caloundra Holiday Centre.

Above and Beyond …..any company who has an employee like you who has gone out of her way to provide us with that ‘extra’ service that was always above and beyond the call of duty – as being a company that has the highest personal regard for people as individuals (not just as clients). You have always given us good ‘old fashioned’ service with a smile – something that is rare in the business world of today.
