  • Please note that it is just the top level of this property that is let as Holiday Rental. You will have the property to yourself with access to the backyard, downstairs patio and the pool area. The bottom area of the house is separate and not tenanted.

  • Please note that whilst this is a holiday house it is in a residential area and respect for neighbours must be observed. Parties will NOT be tolerated and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm
  • Bookings made after the 1st of July will no longer include personal linen. Guests will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. All bookings made before the 1st of July will still have the personal linen provided.
Prices vary according to the season and your length of stay. Please put in your proposed dates and the website will instantly give you the tariff.
